After completing her Masters degree in teaching, Posh Hair Bows founder Juliet Lodge discovered that teaching and trying to raise her 2 daughters was too difficult. She found that her time was consumed by the work of being a good teacher, while her family and home was left neglected. She decided to persue her gift for hairbow making, giving her the freedom to be home for her family.

Juliet first learned to construct bows while working in her parent's flower shop from a very young age. After having her two daughters, she put that bow making skill to work, making bows for her own little girls. After many years of perfecting her skill, she began selling on ebay.
