How do you ship your items? TOP

All of our items are shipped via USPS First-Class-Mail for only $4.75. All merchandise is carefully wrapped in tissue secured with our Posh Hair Bows sticker to keep them in place, and shipped in a sturdy box.  Each Posh Hair Bow order will be a joy to receive, like getting a fun present!  Please note that our boxes are sturdy and are meant to protect the merchandise inside. 

What if I need my order quickly? TOP

 If you need your bows by a certain date, please let us know by contacting us after you check out.  Please indicate USPS  Priority Mail service (2-3 days delivery once shipped out) for $6.95, or Next Day Delivery  (2-day guarantee) starting at $34.95.  When you choose either one of these options, your order is automatically moved ahead of others for quick processing and shipping without any additional fees.  Both of these options come shipped in a sturdy USPS Priority or Express Mailing box upon request. 

Can I get my package insured? TOP

Yes, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact us to insure your package for a small fee.   We pay extra to provide tracking on all of our packages.  We are able to see when a package has been delivered and how long it took to get to its destination (except international destinations which would require paying extra for Express shipping to track packages).  If your package has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact your post office first to find out if your package is waiting for you there.  Virtually every "missing" package is safely awaiting pickup at your neighborhood post office. 

How long will it take to get my order? TOP

All of our bows are custom made as they are ordered. We do not mass produce any of our hair bows. We give attention and detail to every single bow we make. For this reason, All hair bow orders take 2-10 days to make and ship out.  If you need your bows sooner than this, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you!

Do you have gift-wrapping? TOP

Yes, we do have special gift boxes for gift giving. Please select gift box when ordering your bows.  Our Gift boxes are solid white and come wrapped in a pink organza ribbon with a bow on top, perfect for gift giving! Your gift-wrapped bow will come packaged inside our sturdy brown shipping box.  The charge for gift-wrapping service will be $6.95.  You can be assured that your gift-wrapped order will be top quality and gorgeous!  Gift cards (our choice) will be included on any package at no additional charge. 

What kinds of clips do you offer for your hair bows? TOP

Posh Hair bows offers a choice of French clips, double pronged alligator clips or single pronged alligator clips.  Please see our Clip Style Chart for picture of these different types.  Generally lined single prong alligator clips are best for infant and baby bows, while double pronged clips are preferable for toddler sized bows and French clips work well with medium, large, X-large, and layered bows, but we are happy to accommodate any clip style!
